F.A.Q.

1.Will the Club report any unpaid fees to a collections agency? Will it affect my credit score?

We have NOT seen the Club ever report anyone to credit bureaus in any country, nor anyone’s credit be actually affected by it.

If you DO want to break away from the Club, and DON’T care about the money you paid to them being refunded, walking away IS an option. Just ignore them, they’ll send you a few collection emails, threaten to report your credit or send your bill to collections (which we have never seen happen either), and finally go away.

2.How will I know if I was correctly reimbursed for my payments?

If you DO finally receive an acknowledgement that you will be reimbursed for your money, someone from the Club typically will tell you so.

If they do (LUCKY YOU!) then REQUEST them a receipt for the transaction. This will show the amount they sent to you, date and other details.

Then, your bank should be able to notify you of money received in your account sometime between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on where you are in the world and your bank.

3.I signed a form saying I gave up my money, or only agreed to receiving a PART of my money, or agreeing to receive ALL my money, and that I agreed not to say anything negative about the company… should I abide by this document?

To hell with that document. You are a consumer and as such you have rights.

You CAN say ANYTHING you want about the Privilege Club still. Feel free to do EXACTLY as you see fit as a consumer to voice your displeasure, or request your money back. Whether that is by following the advice of this book, or by your own means, YOU DO NOT OWE THEM YOUR SILENCE FOR ANY REASON.

That document (which they may refer to as a Disclaimer or Release or Cancellation Form or some other name) is meaningless in terms of power to act against you.

This means that, even if you DID sign such a document, YOU CAN AND SHOULD START THE PROCESS OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK — NOW.

Remember: TIME IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. THE LONGER YOU WAIT, THE HARDED IT WILL BE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
